He is an intelligent designer who asks questions, checks his assumptions, and willingly changes course when he discovers a better way. There is a sincerity in how he approaches his work. He puts his heart into what he designs, and it shows.

With Madhavan, I could share a requirement and give him the space to explore. He would find his own way into the problem, always looking for how the design could bring more value to the customer. Sometimes, that meant seeing a familiar component differently. Sometimes, it meant rethinking the approach itself. His willingness to experiment, while staying grounded in the fundamentals, is something I have always appreciated.
